How Do I Register an Account?
WeddingsandSponsors.com offers two different types of accounts: a vendor account, and a couples account. If you are a couple interested in wedding sponsorship, select to register a couples account. If you are a vendor who wishes to promote your service or product to wedding couples, select to register a vendor account. Fill out the registration form for the type of account you wish to open, and fill out the registration form. Please include a valid email address, as you will need to validate your account before it is activated.

First of all, registering an account with WeddingsandSponsors.com is absolutely free. For couples, registering an account gives you access to our vendor search and many other sections of the website. You may also benefit from registering an account and creating a profile that vendors can use to contact you and offer their products or services. You may also tailor your profile to display which products or services you are interested in, share your love story and make new friends.

For vendors, registering an account gives you the opportunity to upload pictures of your products or company, and also gives you access to the entire WeddingsandSponsors.com website. You can promote your company, market your products or services, and explain your terms.

ACCOUNT DETAILS:  Here you can edit and view your profile, upload images to your profile, choose the type of sponsorship you are seeking, update your account information and more.
YOUR STORY:  Share your love story with other members of the website.
YOUR BLOG:  Post updates and news about your upcoming wedding, or use your blog to post important dates or events leading up to your wedding.
YOUR FAVORITES:  Keep track of your favorite vendors

For vendors, the following functions are available within your control panel:

MESSAGE CENTER:  Keep track of messages you receive from wedding couples, or other members of the site.

Searching For a Vendor
Searching for a vendor is easy with our vendor search. Type in the relevant information, such as city, state, zip, vendor categories, etc. and click on search. A list of vendors matching your criteria will display.

If you are not getting back enough results, try broadening your search by leaving fields blank. For more specific searches, narrow your search by completing all fields.

Searching for a couple is easy with our couple search. Click on the couples link, then click couples search. You can fill out a number of search criteria field to narrow down your search, or simply click on browse couples to view all available registered couples on our site.

How Do I Find a Sponsor?
There are several ways you can find a sponsor for your wedding. You can search for a sponsor using our vendor search, which is the most convenient way to start the process. Once you find a sponsor you would like to use, contact the sponsor through our easy-to-use message center. The sponsor will receive your message and will contact you if they are interested in sponsoring your wedding.

Sometimes, wedding vendors will contact couples and offer sponsorship services. In this case, you should check your message center located in your control panel to read any sponsorship offers and respond to the vendor in a timely manner.

How Do I Know if a Vendor is Trustworthy?
Weddings and Sponsors advises that all couples investigate a vendor before accepting sponsorships. You can easily learn about a vendor's reputation through a number of resources, including your local BBB, through word of mouth and by contacting the vendors' references on their profile page. We also encourage couples to leave feedback on our site and give ratings for vendors.

How Do I Rate a Vendor?
Weddings and Sponsors makes it convenient for couples to rate the vendors who have helped them with their wedding. You must first be a registered member to rate a vendor, and you must have used the vendor's services or products in your wedding. To rate a vendor, simply click on the rate vendor link on the vendor's profile page. You may rate a vendor on a scale of 1-5 stars (5 being the highest rating) and you may include some comments about the vendor.

All inappropriate comments or ratings will be reviewed and deleted, so please refrain from using profanities or inappropriate language.

How Do I Contact a Vendor?
You must be logged into your account to contact a vendor. To contact a specific vendor, click on the contact vendor link on the vendor's profile page and enter your message. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiry.
